The three bright blue ‘talking’ bins that respond to usage and are designed to discard of general waste in a fun and interactive way, have now been installed across the High Street.
This is the third installment introduced by us, following the addition of the cigarette ballot bins and chewing-gum bins to further tackle litter and improve the streetscape of Southend-on-Sea.
